  • What are your hours?
    As a member you will have secure access 24-7, yes holidays too! If you are looking to join, please stop in during our staffed hours which are located here: We are not staffed on major holidays.   • What makes your gym better than the other gyms around?
    First, we are NOT a franchise so we are focused on our members, not some corporate big brother. Second, we have always been extremely dedicated to cleanliness – way before COVID. Finally – you will rarely wait to use the great equipment we provide, even at our busiest times.
  • What if this is my first time in a fitness center?
    Well, you’ve already done the hardest part. You have decided to create a better you. Our community-based gyms are for everyone. Whether you’re 22 or 92 you have a place at Next Level Fitness. We have members from 12 to 93 years old. We have dedicated six day a week members as well as people who just like to walk on treadmills during the winter months. During a tour you will see members just like YOU!
  • Do you accept insurance programs like Silver Sneakers, Renew Active and Active and Fit?
    Absolutely, we accept most major Medicare Advantage programs. We can also provide you a report of your payments or participation for reimbursement from your employer.
  • What If I don’t know what I should do or how to operate the equipment?
    Just ask one of our front desk personnel, they will be happy to show you the ropes (literally). Included - at no additional charge we offer an initial personal fitness assessment. Ask to speak to Kathy if you are interested, she has a great beginner’s workout.
  • Do you have a personal trainer?
    Yup, we have three certified trainers between our two facilities. They will work with you based on your goals be it: strength, endurance, cardio, general wellness, weight loss, or a holistic approach of nutrition and exercise. (Cost depends on the number of sessions you purchase)
  • Here’s what we want you to know as the bottom line.
    Wellness is a life-long journey to live by and thrive on at any age! It’s up to you, short term goals and frustration, or a path to a healthier, happier you! We are not a franchise; we do this for the benefit of those in our communities no matter what your goal. This is your gym to meet you at your current level and take you to the NEXT LEVEL!
  • How much is a membership?
    Our pricing is based upon your needs. We have many options to help fit your budget. Stop in a for a tour or email kathy@nextlevelfitness24-7.com so we can define a program just for you!
  • What are the annual fees?
    NONE, it’s that simple, pay your monthly subscription and that is all you can expect to pay – NO surprises.
  • Do you offer discounts?
    Couples, families, seniors, students, military, fire fighters and police are some of the discounts we offer. Email kathy@nextlevelfitness24-7.com to find out if you are eligible.
  • Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
    Our longest contract is only 12 Months for the best rate. If you want a no-contract option, we offer that too. Our focus is your fitness journey, we want you to be comfortable with your choice.
